Does it only appear after a certain time period has elapsed?
It's still available. Go to your questions, and you can close them. I see the option on my own questions- oldest and latest.
Yours will be on the right.
The option to close this question will be next to where it says the number of answers, which is under the question.

I dont often ask questions and the ones I do never get answered!
Many of mine have no answers of maybe 1 low quality one. I seldom get the answer I'm looking for. But, it's been a while since I've asked, since I try to avoid the section at it's current state.

Is it necessary to close all the questions to get the accolade for 10 questions?? if yes then please tell me how can i close the question. in the old "my account" it was easy to close but now in this new one i don't know how to close the question.
