Once I create a new hub do I need to add that to adsense every time? ie: I log in to my adsense account and add the new hubpage there?

I just read on another thread that we must add the niche sites to our AdSense account. I don't know anything about this and don't know how to do it. Could someone please give step-by-step directions on how to get this accomplished? I don't remember hearing about this when the niche sites started....
