I'm sorry if this is a repost of an old question that has been asked before: Is it "legal" from the hubpages viewpoint to put a paypal donate button say on ones profile page or on a hub?
Given that you technically can't do it, the answer would seem to be "no."
You can't do that anyway, but here is a suggestion on what you can do:
Get a website and put it on that and link to the website in your profile. Most websites should let you add it and not worry about it. It's just a suggestion I hope it helps ^_^
