Is there some hidden secret to online success, but the only secret to making money online I have known is not quitting when you have a proven vehicle like Hubpages. It is all to do with tenacity even when you're uncertain of where you hard working is heading to. To me it's all about quantity and quality at what you are doing, if you can combine the two then making money online will be a dream come true.
If you decide to go for quantity, here you need as much traffic as possible and if you decide to go for quality you will need some well informative and help work that keep people coming back, recommending to others resulting into loyal readers. That's my secret to online success and hoping from one vehicle to another will not make you money online. What do you think! or what's your secret
You are quite right to state that quality and quantity are factors, preferably when combined. A good quantity of good quality content is a good start.
But its not a great start. You also need to learn about the mechanisms behind a platform and the physcology behind the reader.
For example, I have taken a look at your hubs and would perhaps suggest - politely of course - that you haven't fully grasp the concept of tagging. You could put a fair bit of extra traffic on your hubs by reading and learning from those that have mastered it.
Such as this hub:
Quality and quantity are very much complimented by some basic technical knowledge, or at least an understanding of how to utilise a platform to your advantage.
I am new to HubPages and I am not used to writing quality articles so that I can build up a following, as you have done. My ventures into IM have come to nothing. My brains cannot grasp the complexity of website creation with all the associated Keyword research, Autoresponders, Marketing Funnels, Etc Etc.
Having found HubPages I am now practising my writing skills in the hope of gaining knowledge of writing that sells.
Well that is certainly a good reason to start on Hubpages
@propertybaron welcome to hubpages, learn as much as you can, write as much as you can. The only mistake I made when I first joined hubpages two years ago was to quit for one year when I was not making any money, so when I came back on May 2009 I had made $50 with 40 hubs. This time round I decided to stick with Hubpages even if it will take me two years to make my first payment, but it took 18 months to make my first payout.
I decide to join the challenge and from there I truly know that with good quality and quantity of hubs with constant learning I will not go wrong t o achieve my goals. Don't Quit

Is traffic related to quantity?I've been on hubpages for a little over 2 weeks, and have been quite literally posting 1 to 2 hubs each day, garnishing me almost 1000 views total so far. But, I hear of people who would cry if they only got 1000 views per day, so I was wondering if it just takes some...

I see so many hubbers who post every new hub on the forums in hopes of getting someone to view them, don't use grammar and leave out tons of information on the given topic. I also see hubbers like these asking why they don't have more views - when they only have 3 hubs. What percentage of hubbers do...
