Google can't see your images, but they see you using the word "breast" repeatedly.
If you took the time to read the AdSense guidelines, this sort of situation wouldn't surprise you.
I don't have any illustrations of breasts on my breast cancer hub and I still have ads. I've noticed that those with images of breasts don't have any ads.
Maybe try and just explain how to do the self examination instead of showing it?
