I just saw my emergency survival kit hub go from the 80's down to 40- I didn't see any flag on it- it just dropped. After going back into it I realized that the checklist information that I had put in there from a gov. site actually had 4 of the same links in it- and including the one I put in made a total of 5- so I'm assuming that's why I got penalized. Now that it's dropped should I just leave it alone ( I removed the checklist) or do more revision?
Other than that checklist everything I else I wrote was original content
That was a shocker to see the score drop like that!
when it happened to me I changed somethings around but I left it unpublished for a week and the numbers started coming back up when they got up high enough I republished it but I bet darkside has some better tips on that one dorsi~cool~cya.
I would alter it otherwise it will stay penalised and traffic will drop.
It's rebounding since I took off the links- climbing back to 60 now. So I'll go back in and add the checklist without the links...lol...
Hmm everyday you learn something new here!

Has anyone noticed a marked change in their hub scores? I only noticed today so not sure if it happened today or in the recent past.. But some of my hubs have seen a marked increase from 70's and 80's into the 90's and even a 100...Is anyone else seeing a real change?

I am just curious, all 92 hubs of mine are featured. In your opinion, should one delete (although Featured) any hubs where the score on a particular hub has eventually dropped way down from when it was initially high at one point? Or would it be better to just unpublish and later...

Has the HP algo changed within the last day or so? My hubscores are dropping all of a sudden, especially the lowest scoring hubs. Or could this be due to a sharp decrease in traffic? Maybe both? I just have a feeling after reading Paul Edmondson's hub that something drastic is happening to address...

I had several hubs ranking in the first 50 for their respective keywords in Google, but they have all suddenly disappeared. That's not just dropped down but gone completely. My traffic has gone from 200 - 250 views per day down to under 50 per day as a result. Does anyone know why this could have...

Just had a big drop on my profile score. And all my hubs were featured along with a steady 10 Editors Choice. I say 'were' because 3 were just unfeatured and I don't know what to do about that. My views are over 945,000. Boo-hoo. Hubpages doesn't love me anymore!
