I have 39 hubs here on hubpages. My best performing hub is one of the very first hubs that i ever wrote.
However, my earnings here on hubpages are literally just a few dollars a month. Less than 3.

I would like some feedback on my hubs so I can start to make more money here.

You are writing about making money by writing.

I hope you see the irony of doing that when you are not making money, but more than that, who reads that sort of thing?  How many other pages might they have read on the same subject?  Do you think they might have seen the ads before? Do you think they are  likely to click on them?

Do you think maybe you should be writing about something else?

I do see the irony in that, thanx for your feedback. I also see the need to write about topics unrelated to MMO and some of my best performing hubs are totally unrelated to MMO.

        Thanx again

    Welcome to HubPages!

Just curious, did you read the rules to the forum?

I do hope you are enjoying yourself. If you have thin-skin then stay out of the political and/or religious forums. That means, if you insult easily then steer clear. You'll get it from both sides.

Other than that- Welcome to the Forums also. wink smile

Thanx for the welcome. No I do not insult easily. At least I don't think I do anyway. Was I mistaken to have posted the link to my profile?

Speaking of the rules, where can I find them? I have almost no experience with forums.

The only reason I asked if you read the rules, was because you posted your profile link. You are in the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread- you can post links to a few hubs.

You cannot honestly expect people to read all your hubs. If you have specific hubs you would like to improve upon- then post a few links.

The object is to get criticism and advice about improvements that can be made.

I'm just trying to help get you off to a good start.

It's all good Lukespook. You can post in here, in fact it was a good idea. I did not have much time today, but read two of your hubs on getting more hits here.

I suggest you take your own advice, it is good advice and should work for you as your writing is fine.
I think your keyword research needs more attention if you want to earn more.
I enjoyed both hubs, but neither looked at all commercial. I will watch this thread in case you would like to discuss further. You could put more capsules in I guess but market seems to be the issue.

Yes, she did. They are points that I have been thinking about for a while now. I do like to help others, too though. I guess it is my weak point.

        Thanks for your tips.

Sorry about that. The profile pictures are quite small. Thanks for letting me know and thanks for the feedback, too.

I'm new to this web 2.0 platform and I'm already frustrated with low traffic (2 in 11 days to be precise).

I would do better by selling my articles for $3 to web marketers who can't spell their names. Let me move to freelance.com

    Thanks for sharing your stat.

      As I said previously, Kim...

You have two hubs. In areas that are likely to be hard to rank for.

And you yourself said you were not here for money.

Sure you could sell the articles right now for $3 or earn $50 from an article over the following year. Just depends if you want money now or over time.

I totally agree. You can't expect masses of traffic from just 2 articles. I had very little traffic to my hubs for months, then one day it started to take off.
With 41 hubs I have just topped 100 daily page views.
