    I've found that writing them all up on the wall of my neighbor's house works well! hmm

    HP provides an export to csv option which is good for analyzing the hub activity but it would be nice if such a tool existed for things like this...Anyway I use the spreadsheet approach and urls such as http://www.backlinkwatch.com/

    A spreadsheet with columns for the title, URL, date of publication and place(s) you've backlinked at (insert the date when you backlinked in the relevant cell).
