What are you ashamed of in Life?

Are you ashamed of doing something in life which you wish you had never done?

I plagiarized in HP in my first few days.

No. I managed to make good decisions for myself despite feeling like I couldn't careless.

I also don't believe in regret and that even if i did make mistakes that I should learn from them, and not do it again and continue working on be the best me I can be....

Shame is a very emotion in our mental health, and many people try to make us feel ashamed when we shouldn't be ashamed. Embarrassed is a different kettle of fish, but I don't let it glow on my cheeks for long.

Saleheensblog -- That is a brave thing to admit publically and so openly...
