I just got 350 "likes" on one of my hubs from Facebook. Does anyone know how I can find the origin of all those likes? As you can tell I'm not that Facebook savy.
It would be hard to find, congratulations though!
Viral marketing is a great way to go, and for it to happen naturally it obviously means there was something special about what you wrote!
Thanks but it sure would be nice to know how it happened so that maybe you could try and repeat it.
Wow , how you get all this likes .whats your secret tell me please.
I have no idea. I am trying to find out.
You can have just one person click 'like' via the Hubpage for that to happen, if their friends like it, and their friends friends like it, and their friends friends friends like it, etc. I have one with 2000+ likes, and it is very difficult to replicate, sometimes it just happens, its the social phenomena.
just say thanks to those people who LIKEd you..
Brie- glad to hear your good news, however I know it is not possible to find out the information you need. Add your Facebook sign on here and maybe you will get plenty more!!
The thing is, I don't know where it is posted on Facebook. Here is the article:

I've found you can never purposely repeat having a hub go viral or getting lots of likes...
I know, I have a very nice AdSense cheque coming this month thanks to that phenomenon.
This happened to you too? Do you know what the source was?
Yes, when everyone on Facebook wanted a cartoon character of their childhood they visited my hub on cartoon characters which was number one on Google for cartoon characters of the 50s and 60s, and I guess some of the ads were for sites with pictures.
Congrats. Many talking about facebook but I have never tried that.
You should definitely post, it's so easy to do on Hubpages.
WOW - a lot of likes and presumably a lot of views - congratulations and will check out your hub!
It's not posted on facebook exactly, links to it are posted in peoples' private facebook 'walls' when one of their friends share it or like it.
Extreme stuff tends to get spread around.
brie- have all the views translated into lots of "clicks"?
Yes! Lots of clicks and more money than I have seen in a long time!
Why do you think I'm trying so hard to find out how it was done!

Hi I spent an hour researching online but no one seems to have the answer. On other sites I've been able to post my articles via URL on my Facebook FAN page with the picture, text popping up, but not HUB articles. No problem posting to my FB profile. But with my fan page it comes up with just...

I recently posted a poem in a Facebook poetry group. The poem is a mixture of serious sentiment and humor. And you must keep in mind that in this particular group people have often posted poems glorifying dangerous and deviant sex acts. My poem is tame in comparison. There is no gratuitous...

Yay! Today, I hit the 80,000 mark for Facebook likes on my Michigan Accents hub. I wish I had MORE hubs like this! I only published it in at the end of Nov 2011. So thrilled about this!
