This may be hard to implement but it would be usefull:

As an account grows too much it becomes unmanageable so I would like to move some hubs to another account or even better to be able to share a hub between several accounts. This would be also usefull for multi-authors hub sharing.

For what I mean this is possible on wordpress.com

By the way I wanted to edit the title of this post to correct a typo but I can't smile

Allowing hubs to be transfered to another account is something we have considered.  We have some higher priorities features in the works, but we may get to it eventually.

Sharing one hub with multiple accounts is considerably more complicated and probably won't happen, at least not any time soon.

Paul, i recently decided to share some recipes that have been handed down to me from family, and in fact i have alot of them i can share. so many in fact i have considered making a new account just for this purpose.  right now i have only 4  recipe hubs, so if i made a new account and just copied my recipe hubs to the new account and later deleted the original ones, would that affect hubscores? or would it get caught as duplicate content? from copying from my own hubs?

That should be just fine, you won't get a duplicate penalty from that.

I like the idea of transfering Hubs.

That way when I finally convince my wife to sign up I can send her over a few to get her started.

Or take on any I've half finished tongue
