I just read both of your hubs. Both hubs were good writen with good use of capsules and contained short paragraphs. It seems you are of to a good start. I persume you have already read hubs related to improving the hubs, if you have not then I recommend you to do so.
The hub on breast cancer symptoms however lacked on content. You can add more content to it and try to do a better keyword research next time.
Keyword research is the key to success.
