Since the re-design of the accounts page I have been unable to upload GIF files into the photo capsule. There is also a message that "to improve uploading install Adobe Flash Player. I have done this three times now, in spite of the fact that I already had Flash Player installed. I still get the message.
I am running the latest Firefox browser on Windows 7 Home Basic (unfortunately!).
Can someone help me with this problem?
I have now installed Flash Player five times and still get the message and can still only upload one photo at a time. This is getting boring!
