What about the duplication in the Q/A section..?

While there are several threads about the Google's algo change and the changes in search results and traffic, I'm thinking how effective the duplicate content which I've seen in the answers section will be in this matter.

Some people seem to copy the answer from other sites (including wikipedia) and paste it here as an answer. There seems less to no effort in altering the words to make it look original.

So, do you think this needs to be addressed while we have the Q/A section as actively running as the forums and hubs?

perhaps we ought to look at the questions- some people ask loads that  are useless

Questions can be flagged, but answers can't be. Well, there's an option for voting down but still the duplicated answers will remain as it is until noticed.
