Ok, so about 3 weeks ago I got an e-mail from Google Adsense saying that they have disabled my account due to invalid click activity. I had no idea what I had done,I was convinced that I followed all their rules and was so disappointed.
Since I have read so many stories how it is impossible to get your account reinstated, I did not even appeal to their decision. I simply decided to move on, and turned to my other options.
Today I got an e-mail from Google saying that they reinstated my adsense account. After thoroughly re-reviewing my account they decided to reverse their decision.
Is this a joke? Not that I am not pleased, but how is this possible? I did not appeal to their decision, I didn`t do a thing to get my account back.
Not sure, maybe they stumbled across your Hubpage?
Or another theory, maybe it was a spotty intern who had been getting everything wrong, so they had somebody go over his actions? Maybe as part of his training?
Could be anything, although this is a time to be joyful and happy. Congratulations.
Oh, actually, I think that it was another Hubber who wrote the Hubpage, Jamie Brooks or something, so I will go with the second theory Spotty intern being too harsh, somebody noticing, getting somebody with experience on the case to review decisions.
This ones easy....Google saw your photo and thought damn how could we do this to a good looking lass? so they just reversed the decision!
Hi Tina... the EXACT same thing just happened to me too!
Crazy Google guys
Aren`t we two lucky girls? Glad it worked out for you too
Lets just hope this doesn`t happen again, because my heart wouldn`t survive another Google tease...
No Joke! I had already written a hub about what happened and everything.. Needless to say, I'm even more freaked out about doing something wrong.. but glad they reinstated it.
Good luck to you, Tina!
They just looked at your picture and realized that such a beautiful girl can't make any wrong
Another theory, maybe Hubpages fought your corner? I am going to go with the first one though, possibly a PR person stumbling across the hubpage and deciding to review it.
Thanks for the theories, that does make sense.
I am extremely happy, almost felt like dancing
but when they first disabled it, I think my heart stopped beating for a second
I've heard of it happening...it is very rare though. Congrats.
Okay, so did you lose out on money during the period they had you suspended? I would have freaked out.
Great stuff!
Adsense is a nightmare at the moment, coming to think of it Google is making life difficult full stop.
Anyway glad your account was reinstated.
I am not liking Adsense this week (but, then again, I am new here, so maybe it's just me). I have gotten 50% more visits than normal in the last 2 days, but only change dropped into my Adsense account, whereas last week, I totaled a nice little profit (again, for a newbie). I'm still learning how Adsense works, so they probably don't figure in all of the page views.
thanks to everyone!
Google is toying with me, and all of us with this algorithm change, but I refuse to give up
Too hot for an adsense account
sorry, couldn`t resist
May be they are disabling permanently those account which they find very risky whoever be the culprit

Well, that’s nice, very nice. I haven’t got a clue of what I did wrong. And after filling in the online appeal form they told me they had reviewed my account information, taken my feedback into account, but still had concluded that my AdSense account has posed a significant risk. And I have no idea...

Since 2010, I've been accumulating pennies in my Google Adsense account, waiting for the day I'd hit the $100 pay threshold. I checked it a couple of weeks ago, it was at $94 and change. Today, all the numbers are GONE!!! I see no evidence that it's been added to my HubPages ads...

Today when I tried to log onto my AdSense account, my password wouldn't work. When I tried to change it, I received this email from Google: "We searched our database but we were unable to find any usernames associated with your email address vespawoolf@yahoo.com." It's like I don't exist!...

Awesome. Just awesome. Right when my hubs were starting to take off and I was actually earning daily, this happens.I've never done anything against google's TOS so I've been completely blindsided. I filled out an appeal and google says they'll be back to me in a week. I can't believe google treats...
