Hello, I recently started with HubPages and have been taking in a lot of information since I started.  I was hoping someone could take a look at one of these hubs below and give some feedback

    Hub 1: http://hubpages.com/hub/Gerber-Tools
    Hub 2: http://hubpages.com/hub/Victorinox-Knives
    Hub 3: http://hubpages.com/hub/Crkt-Knives-Variety

I put them in the best to worst order. I have done some keyword research on the topics and such along with attempting to get some backlinks on social bookmarking sites.  Also most of my traffic has been coming from HubPages.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

All three hubs look excellent to me. Nice lay out, good length, nice photos and videos.

The only thing I can think of to advise you is to make your first text capsule long enough for Google to put their ad block in the top right hand corner, as that seems to be the position most likely to get clicked on.

I realise you have written sales hubs and that Google adsense is not your target market, but if someone opens your hub and thinks that they don't want to read what you have after all and don't scroll down, they still have that option to exit via an ad.

Welcome to Hubpages and the Forums! smile big_smile

    I've reviewed your three hubs-
    http://hubpages.com/hub/Gerber-Tools

    (a) Use more text capsules. To ensure you receive more ad spaces.
    (b) Add more content to your first text capsule, so as to trigger Google Adsense ad next to your first text capsule. This is prime real estate for Google Adsense. You should not use a picture next to the first text capsule of any hub. It only pushes Google's Block Ads down into your hub.
    (c) Move the first picture you have, after you have done (b), down to the next text capsule.
    (d) As for the format and layout of the rest of the hub, I leave to you and your trial & error. What works for one person, doesn't necessarily always work for others. The only exception to the case is Google's Prime Real Estate Block Ad at the beginning.

The above hub has the same issues as the previous.

    http://hubpages.com/hub/Crkt-Knives-Variety

The above hub has the same issues as the previous two hubs.

    (a) Add more content. It doesn't appear to have enough and could possibly be flagged as substandard.

    I hope that helps. smile

Thank you both for the feedback.  I wasn't aware of some of the information about the first text capsules.

@Cagsil- I think they all have enough information word wise, but I am actually going to add to that one anyway soon.  They all have 600+ words and the first one has 1200.

Thanks again for the feedback it greatly helps!

After doing some work with the length of the first paragraphs I see what you guys were talking about with the top right ad block.  Works very nicely.  Thanks.
