   It's Friday! Here's another weekly group of 18 nominated HubNuggets Wannabes HUBS from newer Hub writers, just for you to review and vote.
   
   Anyone can vote - you need NOT be a HubPages Member; 1 vote per Topic. Each unique IP address will accept 1 vote in each Topic (3 total). Anyone can vote.
