If you haven't seen it, then that's a good sign that most haven't.

          Oh okay. My mistake.

I thought you were asking if there was a forum post discussing the Blog post.

Edit: Which there is not a forum thread dedicated to that specific blog post. wink Up until you post this thread

LOL The topic of this thread is not very clear...I guess you have to be an insider of sorts to even follow that link in the title of the thread, which is not a link.

Back on subject...this is a revealing conversation between HP and Google. What do you all think of that?

Are you sure I can read? tongue

Secondly, even if I did read it....I'm not expert. lol

I think that a relationship between Google AdSense and Hubpages means very little in respect of the algorithm changes.

They are an entirely different entity to Cutt's and company. Jenn, the poster, has the job of increasing the number of AdSense affiliates - that is pretty self-explantory from her job title.

But, it is still nice to see nonetheless.

Yes, it is. And this is also a conversation between HP and google which we haven't seen before. I think this blog post is a shot in the arm for those who are thinking of leaving HP.

I saw this in a post earlier today. It wasn't a separate Thread started though. So,this would be the first I believe.

I posted a link to the blog in a thread this morning.

I didn't have time this morning to start a thread, but I thought it might be relevant to that thread.

Yowsers, you gave everybody a chance to get on the inside of what's happening here, and I'm amazed that that forum thread, with your insightful link, didn't go on to showcase this recent blog post. I guess that's the way forum posts go sometimes...

I noticed that no one responded.. I guess it's the nature of forums. Sometimes people just notice their own interactions.

I think it looks very promising on Google's part. Did you read Jason's latest blog post? I guess we will see what happens. The article seems to indicate that there will be 3 separate Google guest blogs  on HP, but doesn't specify if it will always be the same person.

I did read Jason's last blog post, but didn't come to the same conclusions as you. Can you elaborate on "3 separate Google guest blogs"? Maybe my eyes need a check up. smile

I should have clarified which article I was referring to. smile I meant the guest article by the Google Adsense employee.  She referred to a series of three guest blogs over the next few weeks.

As a result, over the next couple of weeks, the folks here at Google AdSense are going to do a series of guest posts on the HubPages blog.

Then she mentioned what would be covered in the next two blog posts.

You gave this HP blog post a much closer read than I. I missed the continuing involvement that google would have with HP.

                  Thanks for clarifying.

This is a message to all of us that HP is indeed on target about providing an optimal Internet site for UGC.

    Just an observation. smile

I don’t see Google doing guest blogs on sites they disrespect.

Therefore Google does not disrespect HubPages.

Therefore, as HubPages evolves, Google traffic hopefully will reflect the changes fairly quickly.

I don't know about respect or disrespect right now, it's all business. What this HP blog post says to me is that google doesn't want to lose HP as an income generator, because HP has delivered AdSense dollars in the past.

HP is a big player, not a wannabe.

Yes, that means I agree with you. smile
