Being using this since 30 years
I am sure you just hate those dreaded stomach aches, bloating , gas aches and head aches , did you know that in some case they are related ?
Whenever I eat food that I enjoy there are good chances that I end up over eating .I asked myself , "Why does does stomach problems have to be a part of eating good food?, it's just not fair.
Stomach problems not only affect over eaters they are also are very common among all sorts of adults, kids who just eat regular food and have weak digestion system and unfortunately that also seemed to be the case with me.
I found out that many people have this problem. Bolting , gas and headache not only make you uncomfortable but also lowers your self esteem, makes you paranoid and makes you feel less attractive.
From now onwards you do not have to suffer any of this, I will now go through examples of one very simple and inexpensive treatment that has worked for myself , my kids , my guests and others for last 30 years. I absolutely love this natural treatment.
The simple treatment is Peppermint. Peppermint (Mentha × piperita, also known as M. balsameaWilld.) is a hybrid mint, a cross between the watermint (Mentha aquatica) and spearmint (Mentha spicata).[2] The plant, indigenous to Europe, is now widespread in cultivation throughout all regions of the world.
Peppermint has a long tradition of medicinal use, with archaeological evidence placing its use at least as far back as ten thousand years ago.
In 2007, Italian investigators reported that 75% of the patients in their study who took peppermint oil capsules for four weeks had a major reduction in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms, compared with just 38% of those who took a placebo. A second study in 2010, conducted in Iran, found similar results.
I have tried many different Peppermint products and most of them are good. There is one particular peppermint concentrate liquid that I like , I discovered it around 30 years ago since than I have used it for my kids and now my kids use them for their kids. This is made in France and is called Ricqles.
My work used to take me often to Hongkong. I use to always buy it when ever I would visit Hongkong airport. Recently, I discovered that u can get it online too.
Just yesterday I had some guest over and one of them said "You make good food but the problem is that I overeat, now I am feeling uncomfortable and I know that all night today and tomorrow morning I will have to suffer ugly consequences of this. I will even get a headache due to indigestion.
I immediately gave him 8 drops of this Ricqles in 1/2 cup of water. Next morning he said "WOW this really works , I have no headache and no upset stomach.
I think Ricqles liquid is one of the most versatile and unique products available. The manufacturer is so dedicated to peppermint that they control the entire process, from growing to processing to packaging. It has a wonderful, pure peppermint flavor and makes a nice breath freshener. Several drops into a teaspoon with sugar calms almost any stomach ache. It is an excellent flavoring agent in cooking. I also carry it while traveling; a few drops into a glass of tap water makes a nice "eau de nuit." This has been a staple in our home for over thirty years"
It has many other uses ,I was first introduced to this peppermint cure in a jewelry making class, where I was told to put it on a burn immediately, and repeat in a minute if necessary. I had just picked up a piece of very hot metal. Almost as soon as I put a few drops on the burn, it stopped hurting. A minute later I applied another drop since a little bit of pain persisted. Amazingly, the pain stopped and there was hardly any sign that I had been burned. No blisters or anything. I now keep a bottle of this in my kitchen, and recently used it after mistakenly picking up the handle of a skillet straight out of a 400 degree oven. Again, the pain went away, and no blisters. This stuff is truly amazing!
I don't know this for sure, as I'm not a mind reader. But I would guess that they're referring to two things. The parts that you wrote have quite a few grammar issues. (I assume English is not your first language?) The parts of the hub that makes sense were lifted verbatim from Wikipedia. That's a big no no.
Aside from what Irohner said, the need help? ask here forum thread isn't for reviewing hub information. It's for difficulties with Hubpages.
The Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread is the place where you should have asked for help/advice/criticism.
However, even with that said- you shouldn't post your hub, with regards to the text written. You should post a link to the hub, which is why it is important that you use the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread. It's the one place you are allowed to post links without getting them snipped.
On a side note- Please read the FAQ's page and visit the Learning Center to get a better understanding of Hubpages.
Btw- Welcome to Hubpages!

I've seen a few mentions of "sales hubs" around the forum. I can't quite glean from the context if a sales hub is 1) A Hub written specifically around a certain product with Amazon capsules added, or 2) Any Hub with an Amazon capsule added.I guess I'm asking how you would define a...

No. It looks like that I just don't get it. When I think I have cracked it. When I think - this will be a great hub - original content, appropriate tags etc etc.. they both turn out to be the WORST performers! I have never started off on a 46 or 47. They seem to start...
