I know that hubpages controls the colour of the adsense links but does anyone know if there's a reason why they are left as the default blue. Not sure if it's a good thing.
The Blue definitely stands out but I wonder if a bit more subtelty such as non bold dark green to fit with the site design would work better maybe ?
Color blending of ads is a debatable topic. We often choose the color which we like but it hardly converts. Most of the sites with white background get good results with blue link color.
I don't see a problem with blue, everyone knows what it means.
