       That account is an entirely different issue, and we are dealing with it via email.  Having a secondary account had no bearing on Spacey Gracey's banning or reinstatement.

       I hope not.  This whole thing has brought to light that there is a gap in our usual processes, which unfortunately Spacey Gracey fell into, and we are working to rectify that immediately.

    I'm completely new to HubPages, and I've never read one of SG's hubs, but I was following this drama because I felt so bad for her. I only have 5 hubs. I can't imagine losing 100+ and all that income.
    
    Glad to hear this issue was identified and resolved. Maybe I'll get to read one of SG's hubs soon and find out why so many people love her.

    Being busy working on the CENSUS i missed the original thread. I e mailed her and she is OK,
    I was just shocked  as she has worked so hard and it must be difficult when you have two small children to look after. She did say it was something to do with product hubs and I know she wrote a number of those, but good quality rather than trashy all pictures no substance stuff
