I wanted to know whether the profile page also has adsense revenue share. Or Hubbers are allowed to get full revenue from Profile pages?
Yes, it is a revenue sharing page.
I very much doubt it to the second question
I am not so sure that is a good reason, but I did not know that.
Which websites like hubpages do that?
Interesting question, but I am not sure if the profile pages get so many clicks. The very attractive profiles (handsome girls) might get more traffic.
Cheers
Alex M.
be happy what you are getting......don`t demand more........
I so totally agree with that. Why are people so worried about small things? There are much bigger fish to fry! I'm thinking someone is just very spoiled or very selfish.
You are absolutely spot on dafla. i didnt want to comment cuz being new i thought i just watch and observe. personally the questions then the demands then the politican play by being the voice of the hubbers was just being selfish and i dare say spoilt and cunningly sly.
According to my Google Analytics, my profile page accounts for just over 1% of my total page views last month. So assuming that clicks on ads happened just as often as on my other pages, and accounting for the fact that I already get my share of the revenue on that page, it would increase my total Adsense by less than 0.5%, and nothing for my Amazon or Ebay.
Add in the fact that no one seems to click ads on my profile page (why should they, they aren't really interested in products if they're looking at my profile) and I'd say it's not worth much discussion.
I have to agree with John on this one. I really don't think it would matter much at all.
Profile pages are mostly accessed by fellow hubbers, I suppose there isn`t much external traffic. I am not promoting my profile page so I guess there won`t be much revenue from it alone.
Alex
My profile gets a stunningly high percentage of my hubpages views. Course my views overall are pretty pathetic. Why? Cuz I don't write about sex, I don't write vapid schmoo or sweet lies, I rarely stumble my own hubs and I don't suck up to anybody.
You are definetley not a sexy girl from dubai. no woman would insult another woman like you do in your hubs. The women images you post in your hubs are not of adult magazine models or actresses. Instead they are normal decent people who have posted their pictures in photo-sites to be safe kept in case their computer crashes and they lose all their photos they kept in their picture folders. You come along copy these pictures and post it in hubs titled" Sexy Aunties showing navels" Sexy Aunties in Hot poses" If you look at these sexy pictures you are talking about these are photos of decent women having family picnics or on a family outings and you use these photos for your dirtily titled hubs and make these family women appear to everyone as if they are XXX models!!! In one of your hubs you titled it "Sexy Indian Family Bathing Hot Photos of Wet Housewifes" and you gave an intro to this hub saying "These are the Photos of a sexy Indian Family that went out for a pilgrimage visit and is enjoying their trip bathing in a river. Most astonishing thing is that most of the women are fully wet in salwars and sarees and their body appears to be very hot and sexy in that position" . Pilgrimage means a religious trip. This family whose pictures you posted were performing a holy ritual of dipping themselves in holy water to wash away their sins. Your hub made them look like there were an entire family of porn stars. You have a huge fans following. Now i understand why the old forum posts mentioned about putting an end to hubbers who post sexy pictures without any content and dividing hubpages into 2. One for genuine writers and the other for hubbers such as yourself who insult and demean women. Following in line of this post thread, did you share your profits you made publishing this family's pilgrimage photos and profits from posting countless photos of women and young girls with these women? I dont think so. Like i said previously you should be reported. instead here you are complaining that Hubpages is not paying you 100%for your profile impressions.
Ho another Multiple User id created by an existing user with in 4 days. I know you..I am not mentioning your old profile id here, as most people know who you are..... gOOD Luck
Mutliple user id? This is your way of diverting attention away from your issues. you dont seem that bright.but must admit you are sly. im not going into this. associating myself further will only demean me. Good luck to you too
So innocent.
A nice tip for you : Using a new Adsense account in a new profile does not hide you. Give some changes to your language of communicating in forums also. Because most hubbers have seen your style of talking in threads here before.

HubPages used to provide us with an organizational tool within our profile pages that enabled us to group or categorize different hubs. For example, poetry, short stories, articles, etc. This issue has probably been addressed previously, but I was hoping HP would consider restoring this...

I know that you can choose to display your idle hubs on your profile page, but I don't, because I don't want Google to see them at all and get confused by all those "do not follow." What this means is that my idle hubs are not available for anyone to see, and I have to actively...

I recently created my first ever website. Was just a bit of fun to see what exactly is involved and to see if I can pull in any traffic. It took about a week for the site to get indexed. As of yet though not of the pages on my site seem to be indexed by Google. I have the...
