    Hi friends,
I posted a topic in this forum before to see if my hubs are doing ok. I received a bunch of useful comments that I really liked. Now its time to test if I am getting better!

    Please see my latest hub:

A glutton for punishment are you?  OK then:

I find it still a little short although others may not.  Consider if a searcher will find the information they are looking for or will glance over the hub and continue searching.  Perhaps a little more info on the money.  Exchange rates perhaps, or cost for common items. Something to give a reader an idea of the value of a pound.  Are there paper pounds as well as coins?  Are piasters coins? Are common credit cards usually accepted?  Does it take a cart full of pounds to buy a loaf of bread? This is valuable information for a traveler.

A little more on the geography might not hurt, either - maybe major cities and approximate sizes?  A very brief description of a tourist site or two in each city?

If you are looking for income, making the first text capsule longer would help.  This will move the google up to that top right prime real estate for ads.

Although I like your map and chart, most hubbers prefer smaller, flushed right photos instead of full size or centered.  The large photos disrupt the flow for the reader.

      Another 6 or 8 tags wouldn't hurt.

The list of numbers of foreigners is a little awkward.  First countries, then nationalities, all mixed together.  Instead of U.S., how about Americans? and French instead of France.  And so forth.

Overall, I like the hub, although it mostly whets my appetite for more.  Hopefully there will be a Part 2, 3, etc. with them all linked together.

Please - take my comments on length with a grain of salt.  I tend towards longer hubs but not everyone does, and I have no idea what your future plans.  The money, for example, would go well in this overview hub, but a thorough explanation might make a great shorter hub as well.  Same with Egyptian geography and cities.

If you call this punishment then I am really really gluttonous to your punishment wilderness!
Your criticism is very objective. It makes me see things in a different way than I used to.

Everything you mentioned is acknowledged. I'll try hard to take it in consideration the next time. Just don't get bored of more punishment please wink

Tell you what, I intended to whet the appetite of my readers. This would be useful when my hubs are published!

I also thought that it was too short and that there were too many stats.

Try and put some more of yourself into your writing - if you are enthusiastic and excited about Egypt, it should translate into your hub and then also get your readers enthusiastic about visiting the country
