Upper right of the screen - "my account". Clicking the column titles will order the hubs in different orders.
I'm not sure about the white space - is it possible your photo capsule has a third photo that is not showing up?
With white space, just place the curser after the last word in the text capsule then hit delete. When you save the white space will be gone.
