I've had a couple in the 400s pre-panda. Maybe even an 800 I believe.
Think I've had one hub in the 150-200 range a few times.
1200+ a few weeks ago, all from bing.com--it was a one day wonder. The next day it was back to normal 10+. I heard some hubbers also had one-day-wonders from bing.com. It was strange, but nice strange.
