I looked at your hub on personal finance.  You should be made aware that anything concerning debt relief (in your URL and tags) is a very touchy thing on HP.  The subject is massively spammed and anything written on it is subject to extra scrutiny.  I'm not saying you will have trouble, but you may.  I note that the google ad also picked up on this and is appropriate for that subject.

You could use more text capsules.  This will allow you to raise the photo from the bottom right to the right of a capsule, and place it higher giving a better appearance.  A hub of this length will usually have 3 or 4 text capsules plus any photos or videos.

You have some good tips and ideas that presented in a way that many will read.

As your list of hubs grows and you write more on a particular topic don't forget to link your hubs together, giving the reader an opportunity to read more on the same general subject.  You might consider a short sentence about jobs, linking to your hub on that subject.

Overall, a good early effort.  Well done.

      You're welcome.

And, a little late perhaps, but welcome to HubPages.  You've made a great start - keep up the good work.
