i was just wondering how long does it usually take to make money with Goolge adsense through Hub pages as i just want to see if i am doing alright. how long diid it take you untill you was starting to make some money from Google adsense?
Hi:
You probably do not want to hear my answer to this. But to be honest with you it takes most of us writers here on hubpages, about 8 to 10 months to make about a $100.00 or more. If you haven't done so yet, I suggest you sign up for the Hubpages Ad program. You will make more money quickly, by signing up for this program. Also read over the FAQ's section of hubpabes. A lot of good information there as well.

For most people it take 6 months to over a year to reach that first pay out, but after that it comes much quicker. I myself made payout after 9 months, but reached monthly payouts after that. It takes time for your hubs to become popular in the search engines after which it escalates.
Now that we are all on subdomains, however, it may all be different. This is new, untested grounds, so we don't know. Just keep writing interesting hubs and the viewers will follow.
Wow Izzy You sure do have alot of hubs.....
With that many hubs, Do you make payout every month????
It took me a year to get the first hundred bucks. . . .but I didn't know what I was doing at all, and some of my early hubs truly were . . .poor quality. It's not going to take me half so long for the second hundred bucks, plus I made HP ad program payout already as well.
Wanna know how to find out if you are good at this? Make payout on amazon.com - the hundred bucks cash payout . . .that's much harder to do.
Yes i have signed up for the hubpages Ad program but i get about a few cents a day does that llok right to you jibowden?
Hi Mohin:
It is hard to give a right or wrong answer her. I do believe it has a lot to do with views your getting on your articles, from other than hubpage members. In other words, you may only earn a few cents as you progress, but the more and more articles you write, the more money you are apt to make in the long run. This is particularly the case if the viewers are searching information in your articles via google or other popular search engines. Hope that helps clarify your question further.

yes i can see the subdomains have actually increased my views also i get a few cents a day for Hub pages does that look right to you? how much do you normaly get fro Hub pages AD?
I can't answer that because I keep switching it off and on again. I'm still hoping against hope that adsense comes back the way it did before.
All my experiments before the subdomain suggested it was better for me to use Hubads with adsense, rather than adsense alone.
Now?
I'm making a fortune with Hubads!! Why change? The subdomain change only happened a week ago...
yes that was an acident, i dont KNOW why but i think my computer must have duble cliked it.
Hello KM:
Yes I forgot to mention that-when I signed up for the hubpages program. My Adsense earnings was significantly reduced.

Wesman Todd Shaw how much do you normally get in a day for the Hubpages Ad program as i only get a few cents a day?
Thats normal, you dont have alot of hubs yet and havnt been on hubpages long....
I'd have chewed my right arm off to get a few cents per day when I here only 3 weeks. Most of us didn't even see an adsense click for about about 3 months!
Usually .50 - .80 cents. My adsense has been picking up to around a buck a day.
Sorry - I'd replied to the wrong person at first.
I realised that - you do know there is an edit function? (serve me right if you were editing it just now!)
. 50 cents to . 80 cents. My adsense is picking up to around a buck a day - to two bucks a day.
Your Welcome!
Also try to remember, even though it's a great feeling to make a little extra earnings here on hubpages. It is also a better feeling writing articles for people from all across the globe, whom read the works you compose. That is at least my view and why I write. Take care and good luck.

So if it says active beside google adsense in the account info my acccount is ready to earn is that correct i don't have to link the paypal as well. It just never said when i clicked link accounts that they were linked but it did eventually say active...thanks!
I am at 50-80c a day now and aiming to be at $1 a day by the time I have 100 hubs. I am sure an SEO whiz can do better but it might give some idea....
it will take months and months to see your income (that is, if you survived its TOS and will not do any mischief with your account).
Just keep writing hubs

How long does it take to make significant money with google adsense?I'm average 2 hubs every 3 days, and for the first three weeks am making little. I am a very patient person, but just curious on how much longer I have until I start to see 'real' money.

Why Don't I make more than pennies with Google Adsense?I've noticed recently that I am scraping in bare minimum earnings with my Hubs, and I was wondering what some other users here on HubPages were doing to compensate for low earnings...

Is google adsense only paying for clicks and not impressions? My adsense earnings have almost gone down to nothing. Has anyone else experienced this?

What's up with all the One Penny Google AdSense Earnings?Lately, all I am earning from Google AdSense is measly 1 cent clicks. Why is that? I used to get some decent revenues from Google AdSense clicks. HubPages Ad Program is my primary advertising mechanism, but I still used to...
