I am new here and I was trying to publish my first hub however there was an error message sating that there has been a problem with my account or my IP.
What should I do?
Contact email@example.com and explain what is happening. It could be that someone else who has been banned has used the same IP address as you are using now. They can sort it for you

I've trying to publish a new hub over the last 18 hours but no luck. Every time I type in the captcha code it says "There is something very wrong with our server." Does it happen to anyone else?

I've been trying to start a new hub for about 24 hours and it keeps saying that there is a problem with the HubPages servers. The rest of the site works fine. Is there anything I can try doing? I tried both Firefox and Chrome -- no luck with either.

Why do you make things difficult for people with disabilities to publish hubs? Why can you not make the instructions more specific and simplistic?
