where i am there is no internet access easily and even if you have is costly so i normally upload articles with my computer and use my mobile to go through this site and after my first post ever i was permitted then when i got second one they just said sorry i cant published any more due to rule of violations with ip,that i wil however granted access when they might have seen that there is need to pls help me
Send an email to Team@hubpages.com explaining your situation..This is possible if you use a common computer or an IP address that is shared by others and if someone has violated the TOS earlier.. The mobile connection should not result in IP address Violations.. I frequently use my mobile for such purposes while I am travelling i have no such issues.. Hope you get this sorted out.
