I was trying to publish a new hub. But I found that "Submit for Publication" button is not working.
Other two buttons "Preview" and "Done Editing" is working but the middle button "Submit for Publication" is not working.
I tried different browsers but not working the same.
I would suggest you to read the rules http://hubpages.com/faq/
may be it will help.
Your Hubs currently need to be reviewed for a moderator before publishing, to ensure they meet our standards. If they comply with all of our rules, they will be published after review. If not, they will be sent back to you for revision.
Once we see a pattern of publishing compliant content, you will be cleared to publish your Hubs yourself, once more.
I read the FAQ. There is no solution for my problem.
Please look into it and help me

Since yesterday, I am not able to publish any hub. Whenever I am trying to publish a new hub, there is a message which says that there is a serious problem with the server of Hubpages and that I should contact the technical team to solve the issue. Anybody else having this problem?

I cannot edit ANY of my hubs. I only noticed yesterday that everytime I try to edit my published hubs it comes with a message saying "something went wrong, try again".

I think it was unfairly flagged for excessive promotion. I took a website off that linked to it twice, but I was not looking for backlinks, as I have more hubpages listed on that site than vice versa. I wish people would look into these things a little more carefully.
