How does one submit their hub for Hub of the Day?  What are the rules?  How many can you submit?  Thanks in advance.

I would love to have one of mine selected-- but I don't think it has anything to do with submitting. You can't sign up, you can only submit hubs and hope for the best.

I think they are chosen randomly although I've noticed a few people who have had their hubs there more than once.

I had one of mine picked but have no idea why, I just opened up the site one day and found it there. It was a great feeling, though, because it helped me gain some followers because of its placement. Wouldn't mind it again but as I said, I have no idea of their criteria.

That's interesting! I guess the moderators are the ones that decide.

Here is a link to the learning center where this is explained:
    http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/contents

Here is s direct link to the Hub of the Day Program:
    http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/Hub-of-the-Day

Here is an excerpt from that info:
"The Hub of the Day program exists to showcase amazing new Hubs before both the HubPages community and casual site visitors.

Each day, a new Hub is selected by the HubPages staff to be featured on the signed-in and signed-out homepage on HubPages.com. This Hub will continue to be featured in the signed-out homepage carousel for the following nine days.

In addition to having their Hubs featured on HubPages homepage, Hub of the Day authors will also receive a special Hub of the Day Accolade, which will appear on his or her profile, as well as the Hub that was selected as Hub of the Day. This way, readers will always see HubPages' official seal of endorsement on the Hub, even after it is no longer on the homepage."

    Hope this helps big_smile

I guess it is not submitted (contest hubs are submitted with specific prescriptions). Hub of the day are randomly selected hubs. You can't do much about it except writing an awesome article.
