From the person above you, pick a line from a poem or story or article from any hub and write it for all to see and a quick exlanation of why you picked it (liked it).
Easy, I found it on the first line of your profile.
"Nothing means anything if you're doing everything with no one."
I like it because it's so true. People need each other.
Some of the greatest love songs written have the word 'crazy' in the lyrics.
That's from rebekahELLE's hub on songs with the word "crazy" in them. I picked it because love makes us crazy and do crazy things.
"Now the boy who was just a toddler when his dad deployed for the first time is a captain in the Marines and just left for Afghanistan."
That's from Danette's hub: When a loved one ships out: tips for surviving a deployment (part 1).
I chose that one because, although Danette has some awesome hubs that are filled with interesting information, this one touches my heart. That 'boy' is my oldest nephew and godson. I'm very proud of him and of course concerned that he is in a war zone and won't 'relax' until he is home again.
This hub offers wonderful information to assist those who face loved ones in the armed services.
"under the breasts, between the thighs, in the butt crack"
I picked it because the imagery is just wonderful!
I picked this line from one of Greek One's hubs:
"What did I taste as I had my first sip? Not the taste of your near-orgasmic coffee, but something so burnt is seemed as though it had been brewed amongst the fluids of my 2001 Honda Civic's engine."
I am die hard coffee drinker and I just think the description of the bad cup of coffee is hilarious. (Priceless)
