Comments are doing this in hub feed ^^^
They only display that way if the author has moderation turned on, for that particular hub.
Once they are approved, you'll be able to see the entire comment. Scroll back through the feed to other hubs and you should be able to see comments.
It's only for logged in accounts though, on the feed page, not just anyone that comes to the site.
It just seems silly for the notification to show up at all in my hubfeed if the author hasn't approved the comments.
Maybe approval of comments should trigger placement in the feed instead of the receipt of a comment.
