If you unfriend someone on facebook, can that person or anyone that is a stranger to you still see your facebook page and your comments to your friends and family? Not sure.
No they cannot. UNLESS you haven't adjusted your privacy settings - if you haven't then the entire public can see your page.
Visit your profile and edit profile, and go through and turn everything you don't want public to friends only using the little drop down on the right with a picture of the world on it.
