It is nice to see red and double red arrows. It makes my account page look pretty. Today it looks like a Christmas tree.
I just checked, and I have some nice red Christmas ornaments, also.

Obviously I know that the red arrow means rising traffic, but there are two red arrows next to one of my hubs, which I have never seen before. What does this mean?
