      I just glanced through your hub..
      It is small, make it at least 500 words
      Grammar and punctuation errors make cause your hub to be moderated.
      Have someone edit your hubs before publishing them.
      Take help to improve your language skills..
      Hubs become irrevocable if you keep resubmitting them to publication and they still do not pass the quality standards.
      Take a look at the FAQ section and learning center..that might help.

      Part of your problem is terminology. Nobody refers to pet health as "biosecurity". That's like veterenanian  jargon or worse.

      The hub is also incomplete. Any informational article must answer several of the major questions: who, what, why, when, how. You've answered who (pets), and you sort of went over why, but you didn't cover when, how, and what. (well, you sort of did a little bit on what).

      As sofs said, it's too short (part of the incomplete problem).

          Standard journalistic practices are that when writing an article you have to include the what, the why, the when, the where, and the who. Who the article is about, what it is about, why you are writing it, when it happened if pertinent, and where it happened if pertinent.

    Is this true that the more hubs I create, the more scores I get?

      @tim burton

      Yes it is true to some extent.

      Participation counts for a bit, but writing a good number of hubs, say about 20 - 30 to start with will bring your score up above 75. You need 75 and up to be visible to the readers on your profile score.

      Perhaps do a 30 day challenge which you can find in the forums.
