Quiz widget

In my third hub page,"Introduction to Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA," at <snipped - no promotional links in the forums> I included a quiz module.  At the bottom of it is a line with a tiny picture of a gear and the words in blue in small print, "get this widget". If a viewer clicks that line, a rectangle appears with within it a height and width table and some HTML text and a Copy command and then in blue the words "go back".  Clicking that goes back to the "get this widget" line.

Under the "get this widget" line is a huge empty space circa half a foot long going off the screen. Below that space is the line in blue, "View quiz statistics". Clicking that line shows the quiz answers. Below that is my next module. If I move the quiz module up or down the page, then the quiz, the widget line, the huge empty space, and the quiz statistics line all move together.

I did not ask for that widget line; I have no idea what it is or what I or anyone is supposed to do with it, and I do not want it. I certainly did not ask for and do not want that huge empty space. And I did not ask for the quiz statistics line and am unclear what its purpose is.  Why give away the quiz answers.

When I showed the page to my wife and she got to the blank space, she thought that that was the end of the page. I had to add a text module above the quiz module instructing viewers to scroll down past the long empty space to the next module. I would rather not have to do that.

I started another hub page on another subject and put in a quiz module.  It, too, has the widget line, the empty space, and the quiz statistics line, but the empty space is much smaller.  My uncertain memory is that back when I was working on the Kalamazoo hub page, the more I tried to figure out how to get rid of the "get this widget" line, the empty space, and the "quiz statistics" line, and to learn more about them and their purposes, the bigger the empty space got, with no way to get rid of it or to shrink it.

Has anyone else encountered these problems using the quiz module?  How do I get rid of that huge empty space and avoid it in the future?

What is the widget for, and how can I get rid of the "get this widget" line? If the system is so designed and coded that there is no way not to have it in the quiz module, what text instructions can I give to viewers of the page about what the widget is and why they are being told to get it?

Can anyone clarify why a hub pages quiz is followed by a quiz statistics line that when clicked gives away the answers?

Thanks for any help with these problems anyone can give me.

I'm having a problem with my quiz widget, too.  I know saw somewhere - and now I can't find it - the instructions for 'getting this widget'.  The widget is supposed to be added to other hubs or sites to draw the reader back to the hub with the quiz.  But I can't get mine to link either and now I can't find those instructions.
