Can someone briefly explain the ebay/adsense programme. On another account I did include a few amazon ads using my amazon id but haven't on this (my main) account. Am I correct in thinking that we no longer have to put our own ads in but just to include the amzon and ebay capsules and relevant ads will be fed in via HP ? If so how many are we allowed?
No, you still need to put items in the capsules... if you don't put items there no one will!
The only thing that has changed is that Hubpages will pay you directly, instead of Amazon paying you.
You can have one Amazon or Ebay item for every 50 words of text in your hub. So for a 300 word hub you can display 6 items.
sooooo I've added to a few of my hubs but as HP will be doing the payouts .. do I still need an Amazon ID ? I'm in the UK but I presume I can still earn off US purchases from amazon.com?
I believe you won't be able to earn through Hubpages for Amazon till the start of 2012.... although they may enable it earlier.
If you've got an Amazon ID, you should link it up for the time being at least - you may get a few sales since this is the busiest time of year. Just remember that in a few weeks they'll be completely changing over.

I'm trying to sign up for the earnings programs and can't because I don't have a Google AdSense account. I applied for one a few days ago but was rejected due to "insufficient content". (My account has 106 hubs, some of which do look sparse after the import.)While I'm...

Okay, I just signed up like two seconds ago, and I am seriously confused. I can figure it all out (I think for the most part) on my own, once I get reading into everything, but I have one major question that I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere.Do I have to have a google adsense account to...
