I love HubPages, and I love the idea of joining a Hubber's Fan Club. What I wish I could do, however (and maybe there is such a feature I'm not aware of?), is save favorite Hubs. I've found Hubs that I love or are very helpful in building my own Hubs (such as darkside's Table of Contents Hub) that I want to save and revisit. So far, the only ways to do this are to join that hubber's fan club (which I've done anyway) and find that Hub on their profile, or to bookmark that page on my web browser.
So, my suggestion is to add some feature in which we can save individual Hubs that we really like. This could also become a way to improve HubScore, the number of times a Hub has been favorited.
Has this been suggested before? Let me know your thoughts!
There's nothing specific on hubpages for favouriting a particular hub: maybe use a social bookmarking site - that's what they were originally set up for - before the internet marketers got to them!
