You can answer somebody's "answer" with a question
Give a new answer and see what questions people come up with
First answer is "Invisible but Highly Significant"
That would be, God. To me.
Regardless of if you believe in him, or not, He, His morals, etc, are everywhere in our Society and the world, and He is very significant in the role.
I am not saying one way or the other whether he exists... I am simply pointing out that as far as invisible and significant go... I do not think there has been a more significant invisible influence in this world.
That is all.
And of course then the natural aspects...
