I can't seem to use Amazon capsules anymore. Anytime I try to fill one in, no products come up. The old hubs that used to feature Amazon ads have all lost the Amazon content. Any suggestions? Thanks
That has been a problem for a couple of weeks. The products are there on Amazon - you add the code and then it appears as if they are not available.
The work around I found was tedious to do but it was to find the product and if the code would not make it appear in the capsule - I copied the description of it into the Amazon capsule as an Amazon keyword search.
Using this method is hit and miss as sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, It also means that when they eventually fix the glitch I will need to return and add the product code in the usual way. It was reported but obviously not completely fixed yet. You could try posting this to the forum for fixing problems as it might get a response that fixes it.
Thanks, I'll try that. I had been using the keyword approach as that had worked fine before, with plenty of product suggestions, but then the Amazon stuff just disappeared from all my Hubs. Who knows, maybe I did something to annoy them?

Normally I get Amazon earnings regularly, but for the past for days have had nothing coming in. Is this just me or is this happening to others. It's a bit concerning and I am wondering if there is some problem or if sales are just down for some reason. Would appreciate any input...

What is up with this? I can't tell you the number of times I've had to redo, change or entirely delete my amazon capsules because of 'missing products' that aren't really missing. What is the issue here? I'm afraid to look at my hub pages, and afraid to not look at them as well. Your hub ends up...

I have been updating my hubs, but almost all of the amazon capsules have been snipped (even if there is only one on the hub and it is directly relating to the article). I see that HP is limiting them, but is there a definitive rule that is being used to snip out the products capsules? I...

Is there a balance of Amazon products on a page that makes a hub overly promotional? Or is it dependent on the individual hub (over and beyond the 50 words per product)?

I live in California, and went through the Amazon on-again-off-again snafu with the ad affiliate program. It seemed to have been settled, and we were once again allowed to have Amazon ads on our hubs. However, I have been having a LOT of trouble lately. To wit:1) I always select for 'specific...
