I was sitting in the doctor's office the other day with my husband. We waited over an hour to get in. In the meantime, I swear this is true, no less than six (6), yes.....SIX.....big Pharma reps came into the office to peddle their wares. Out of the six reps, 5 were women.
Each was very professionally dressed. And each woman was wearing high stiletto type heels. Pointy toes, knee high boots, pumps: all with stiletto heels! Uh, what's the deal? It's not the first time I've noticed it. I mean, does it help?
How can they wear those horrid things all day? Just because they look "sexy"? What happened to the Easy Spirit pumps and flats?
And from a woman too, shame on you. Don't you know that sex sells anything ! No one knows how to walk it like a woman in heels! lol.
May I suggest you watch a new film out called "Love and Other Drugs"? It's about Viagra and the reps that peddled it in the late 90s. Good film. Explains the heels. x
I used to work for a woman who started out her career as a pharmaceutical sales rep back in the early 80s. Yes, she too also wore stilettos when she made the rounds. Some things never change. lol.
