When you enter the title in the first box on the first Hub creation page, it is supposed to create the URL for you. The URL is not being created in the second box when I try to make a new Hub.
Try a different browser, refresh your cache (ctrl-F5) and refresh the page, although this shouldn't affect anything but it's worth doing. If that doesn't work then you'll have to enter them manually and if it continues report it as a glitch.
