My oldest grandchild has a girlfriend. They're so cute! The moms take them to McDonald's on "dates," and he got her a stuffed animal and candy for Valentine's Day.
Awwwwww... my elementary days were devoid of love. It was more of the "I harass the crap outta you because I like you" sort of thing.

When my son was about 6 years old, he talked about this little girl Maureen in his class all the time. Maureen did this, Maureen did that. So I said "You like Maureen a lot, huh?"
