Why are Hubs with obviously unrelated subject matter put in the sidebar by HP? Is it done by some computer software method that needs some fine tuning? For example: what does an article on a vehicle for sale have to do with an article on election statistics? There are enough election-related articles to fill that sidebar, but two "Related Hubs" (the truck and another one) were way off topic.
I believe they're based on tags. If someone incorrectly tags their hubs, they'll have incorrect related hubs shown on it, or on other people's.
Nope, coincidentally I just posted a similar question! It's not the tags!
I just saw your question. Hmmm....
Edit: Quick look at mine indicates no problems! Weird.
It being this way on my most visited hub is the killer! Salt in the wound, perhaps?
I just spot checked three of mine and they were good matches. Even one I checked with possibly confusing tags/keyword did pretty well finding related material.

Would it be possible for us to manually choose the hubs listed in the Related hubs on the sidebar. I don't mind at all having links to quality hubs of other authors, it's when the links go to substandard hubs, hubs that...
