Hey, all! New hubster here. I'm getting acclimated to the site, but don't see how to do this.
When I use Word, I indent and add a line between paragraphs. If I copy and paste the Word doc, it pastes in the right form but, when I click "save", it displays the work in one huge paragraph with no indentations.
Can you help a fella out?
Hi Nick - it might be better to copy-paste into a Notepad format, adjust your paras and then copy-paste into the hub.
It's usually better to go from a .txt format to the web I've found - hope this helps
I used to be able to paste from Notepad just fine, but the Hub I wrote today didn't work like that. There have been some changes to the editor, I think.
I had to manually put an extra carriage return at the end of each paragraph to get them to stay separate.
Otherwise they all just mashed together, even though there were breaks in the text document.
Hi Mark - are you doing it thru Google Chrome perhaps? I've found IE works better with HubPages.
