I have been trying to add some amazon products to certain hubs and they don't seem to work and I don't know why.

Here's an example of 2 links that I have tried to add to the amazon capsule in HP and they both don't work.

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008CB9Z7S
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0071UYQH0

I get the following message in the amazon capsule when I try and link to these products - "The following ASINs could not be found or could not be displayed"

I seem to get this message quite a lot. Does anyone know why or a way around this problem?

Just add the product number and see if that works better for you.

Most often issue with retrieving products is (we're told) something to do with the Amazon feed, but you might want to file a bug report with admin (in the appropriate forum) and see what they say.

I made a post last week on this same issue. Only a certain part of the code snippet should be used and it will work. I'm not sure which forum post I had put it on, but I showed what to do - to fix it. Relache is correct, too much code does get generated tongue

Thank you relache and dame scribe for trying to help.

I have tried just the product code and I can't get that to work either. I think I will ask in the bug section.
