I go in to edit mode and add a text capsule
but when try to save text capsule,
the page remains dark and is stuck like chuck
Please help on these two hubs that cannot update:
Did you try a different browser? clean your cache? defrag? virus scan? just some thoughts.
I have Firefox on linux and I can go from default user agent to IE6,7 & * plus Ipad mode or search robots.
I give it a go but it's not the browser because I've been editing all my old hubs tuning them up and these two so farand: Unable to Save.
If it was across the board - then I couldn't edit any of them!
I guess I can't link on forums so I'm going to have to write to HP for help on this I gues
but the hubs are:
HP don't like IE6

What happened to my little blue tip box I have become so attached to? I let me know how many words I had, if an image was not clear enough, and let me know when my hub was presentable and ready to publish.

Has anyone else had this problem.I can open a Hub with Edit button with no problems but then I can't edit the capsules, when I click on the button nothing happens.The when I click the 'done editing' button , also nothing happens and I need to close the page.Any advice?

For the last several days I am having a problem inserting photos into my latest hub. These are not large files. It shows the photo as uploaded although the arrows keep turning as if it is still loading. When I save it...there is nothing there. Am actually holding off...

I'm still having problems saving text capsules that have links in them.I've been having the problem for months now. Every now and then I can't save text capsules that have contextual links within the capsule. I'm using Firefox and I've tried Safari today. I can only get it to work most of the time...

I have been trying to submit a hub for the past 20 hours and all I keep getting is an error message that says "Something wrong with this page. Press refresh to reload" or something like that. The editor allows me to upload images but I cannot edit text capsules. I use the Google Chrome...
