The best way to learn vocabulary is keep reading. Read all books and English news papers. Note down new words in your mobile and check their meaning on dictionary later when you get time. And spend some time to check later whether you remember those meanings. If not check the meaning again. Keep adding new words and create your own vocabulary collection in your mobile. You can use dictionary.com for checking meaning. And there is barrons vocabulary book which will be a great help.
