    I focus on stress and helping people learn all they can about it, causes, symptoms and how to relieve stress in many ways.

    Stress is something none of us escape from, even kids, and it is so damaging to our lives, our health and our happiness that we cannot ignore it.

    So here is one of my hubs about How to Relieve Stress;

    http://athena2011.hubpages.com/hub/Here … eve-Stress

    I believe if we can lower our stress level we can increase our happiness level and that's a good thing for our well being. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

    improving quality of life involves self-assessment...figuring out what it is that is causing one's life to be less than what is desired...a large part of improving life's quality is mental good health...sometimes we are our own worst enemy and refuse to let go of past baggage. being able to do that is freeing and affects one's life is many positive ways not the least of which is improved physical well being.
    when we are healthy mentally, we feel better physically and can attend to and focus on that which will make our bodies more healthy.
    the bottom line is then i suppose, address any issues that are holding you back, deal with them, and move on. be the best YOU that you can be.
